The sculptor, Brian Maughan, spent almost a year creating the beautiful piece. This monument is located on a portion of the original Beebe Ranch on Chincoteague, which has been preserved by the Foundation. Location: Beebe Ranch, 3062 Ridge Road, 757-336-6520
